END-CARRIAGES
ÖZARAR Hoist & Crane's endcarriages are complete, driven rail-mounted travel units and can be connected direct to load-bearing structures. Endcarriages for suspension and overhead travelling cranes offer both safety and economy. In addition, they are easy to assemble and quick to install. The successful recipe is: better manufactured in series with guaranteed quality, than produced individually in your own workshop.

ÖZARAR Hoist & Crane LS type Bridge Drive units give a smooth acceleration starting of the travel unit, whether with or without a load, with favorable speed/torque characteristics. The smoothest performance characteristic is achieved by using Leroy Somer's invertor control integrated Varmeca Stepless Speed Control Systems.

WHEEL ASSEMBLIES

The graphite reduces wheel wear and contributes to low noise during operation. wheels of spheroidal graphite cast iron GGG 70 ensure an extremely long service life thanks to their self-lubricating properties

CONTROL PENDANTS
-Ergonomically designed pushbutton pendants permit operators to work in a comfortable position.
-It operates as an auxiliary controller of electrical motors through a power interface, such as a conductor or plc.
-Materials and components are wear resistant and protect the equipment against water and dust.
-By turning the cable sleeve on the central part axis, the pendant station is kept at an angle of inclination of 20 which allows the best view of all control elements,allowing the operator to work in a natural and non-tiring position.
-The emergancy stop mushroom pushbutton complies with the EN 418 standart.
